A Tlayuda is a large handmade thin corn tortilla, toasted on an open grilled over mesquite firewood. Topped with all the good stuff: black beans, fresh greens, and cabbage. Not to be confused with a quesadilla, traditionally eaten after a night out in the valleys of Oaxaca.
Comes with a side of our famous Moronga.
