Our famous blood sausage is now available. Be sure to get a pound to take home. It’s a world-class delicious artisanal blood sausage made from a family recipe from San Bartolome Zoogocho, in the highlands of Oaxaca. With just the right amount of spice smokiness and a hint of mint, it is to die for.
Good with eggs, pan-fried on its own, or even in a salad!
